Job Description:

XPO Logistics is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 years of experience in a call center environment and possess a resourceful and driven personality. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:- Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls- Provide outstanding customer service to all callers- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively- Utilize negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial solutions- Present information clearly and effectively to customers- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals- Continuously learn and adapt to new processes and technologies- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Meet or exceed daily call volume and quality metrics

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- At least 3 years of experience in a call center environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Resourceful and driven personality- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
