Position Shift: FT Tues-Saturday
Position Summary:
Responds to telephone calls and email requests for technical and applications support. Documents and validates customer information and routes issues to the appropriate subject matter experts. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment . Credentials / Education:
Associate in computer sciencePreferred. 2 years or Information Technology ExperiencePreferred.
