Responsibilities
• Support efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience• Sell Charter products to new and existing prospects• Achieve monthly sales quota by adding new lines of service• Meet established activity targets and key performance indicators• Handle prospects with courtesy and professionalism• Act as a product consultant• Inform prospects about pricing and competitive advantage• Balance lead generation and follow-up efforts• Ensure accurate and complete database information• Perform other duties as requested

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English• Clear and professional oral communication• Ability to interpret prospect needs• Ability to conduct a needs analysis, overcome objections, develop a strong sales pitch, and close sales• Proper judgment and initiative• Attention to detail• Ability to respond quickly and prioritize effectively• Proficiency in using a personal computer and job-specific software• Knowledge of commercial internet, video, and data services• Proficient in MS Office• High school diploma/GED or equivalent• 1+ year of call center and/or sales experience
