Call Center Representative - Remote Work

The Call Center Representative at SanDisk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely. This part-time position based in Seattle, Washington, requires candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.3. Utilize resources to research and provide accurate information to customers.4. Effectively present information and solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner.5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements:1. Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service.2. Resourceful in finding solutions to customer inquiries and issues.3. Excellent presentation skills.4. Strong research skills.5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.6. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.7. Proficient in using computer systems and software.8. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
