Job Description:As a Call Center Representative at Cisco Systems, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone. This is a remote work position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time role is ideal for entry-level candidates with no prior experience.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests.2. Provide information about products and services, and process orders or returns.3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.4. Document all interactions accurately in the company's database.5. Meet or exceed call center metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.6. Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.

Requirements:1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service.2. Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.3. Strong decision-making skills and ability to think on your feet.4. Excellent presentation skills when communicating with customers.5. Must be based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with reliable internet access.6. Must own a computer or laptop for remote work.7. Must have a quiet and professional workspace at home.
