Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:Seaboard is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Call Center Representative to join our team remotely in Austin, Texas. As an Entry Level Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities:1. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and account maintenance.3. Resolve customer complaints with empathy and understanding.4. Utilize negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial resolutions.5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.6. Follow company guidelines and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.7. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.3. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with grace.4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.7. Strong negotiation skills.8. Must be dedicated and hardworking.
