Job Description:
Owens & Minor is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and dedicated, with strong soft skills in strategic planning and organization.
Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with inquiries or concerns- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or to conduct surveys- Recording customer information accurately in the company database- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner- Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems- High school diploma or equivalent required- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
