Job Description:

Tech Data is seeking a confident and adaptable Call Center Representative to join our team in Washington, D.C. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and offering timely solutions- Utilize a computerized system to accurately input and track customer information and orders- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations- Confident and adaptable personality traits- Strong strategic planning and presentation skills- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
