Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Exxon Mobil is seeking a passionate and hardworking Call Center Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time entry-level position, the Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, providing information about our products and services, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner- Provide information about Exxon Mobil products and services to customers- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills- Document all customer interactions and follow up as necessary- Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives
