Global Partners is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.7. Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management.8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements:1. Resourceful and resilient personality traits.2. Strong attention to detail and innovative problem-solving skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.5. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.6.
