Overview: Call Center Representative A call Center representative is responsible for handlng inbound and outbound custer calls, addressing inquiries, and providing assitance.
Responsibilities: Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Handles guest reservations including room, food and beverage, entertainment, special events, and direct mail. Sells tickets using Ticketmaster system. Responsible for entering complimentary data into computer. Responsible for promoting positive customer relations. Performs any other duties as assigned. Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Qualifications: Associate's degree preferred.
Knowledge of reservations computer system—typing, basic math, and good communication skills a must.
