Job Description:
A-Mark Precious Metals, a renowned precious metals trading company in New York City, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and resolve any issues3. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers4. Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments5. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and concerns7. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions8. Conduct market research and collect feedback from customers9. Assist in training new call center staff as needed10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Call Center Manager
Requirements:1. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities4. High level of emotional intelligence and empathy5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team9. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
