Job Description:

Apple is seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and resilient, with strong teamwork and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing excellent customer service- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their orders- Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meeting or exceeding performance goals and targets set by the company

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Adaptable and resilient personality traits- Strong teamwork and presentation skills- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools- High school diploma or equivalent
