Job Description:

Targa Resources is seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues.3. Providing information about products and services offered by the company.4. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.5. Documenting all interactions with customers accurately in the company's database.6. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.8. Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.9. Meeting performance targets and goals set by management.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4. Resourceful and reliable with a can-do attitude.5. Ability to work well in a team and independently.6. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.7. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.9. High school diploma or equivalent required.
