Job Description:
Interpublic Group is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in call center management.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center- Develop and implement call center policies and procedures- Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics- Provide training and coaching to call center staff- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction- Handle escalated customer calls and complaints- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience- Stay current on industry trends and best practices
