Ford Motor in Los Angeles, California is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in call center management.
Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of call center representatives- Monitor calls to ensure quality and provide feedback for improvement- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing development for current employees- Analyze data and metrics to optimize performance and efficiency- Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience- Create and implement strategies to meet and exceed call center targets
Requirements:- Motivated and independent individual with strong leadership skills- Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions- Proficient in call center software and Microsoft Office- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred)- Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
