Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Dominion Resources in Los Angeles, California. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, managing a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation- Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to meet and exceed customer service goals- Recruit, train, and coach call center representatives- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Conduct regular performance evaluations of call center staff and provide feedback for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize call center performance

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar position for at least 8 years- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities- Ability to work independently and drive results- Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite- Knowledge of call center operations and best practices
