Job Description:

Visa is seeking a passionate and driven Call Center Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center, ensuring that customer service representatives are delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching and guidance as needed- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and customer satisfaction- Monitor call center metrics and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for the call center- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new customer service representatives- Handle scheduling and staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours

Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment- Strong leadership and management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred- Experience with call center software and CRM systems is a plus
