Call Center-Customer Service Representative – Morrison/Academy Air
Salary: $16 - $19/hr + potential weekly bonus'
(weekends + flexible schedule) Mornings and evenings

Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience (Must Have), customer service and call center experience
Call Center experience 1+ years - Required Previous telemarketing/sales experience is a plus! Weekend availability Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including, MS Word, email and CMS is a plus Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and manage and provide solutions Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills Strong written and verbal communication Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills Detail oriented, consistent, adaptable, and accountable Proficiency in problem analysis and problem solving Ability to multitask Strong attendance Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members Who WE Are: We are a family-owned and operated company, with a small business feel, but large business size, growth, and stability.
