Exciting job opportunity with a prestigious Fortune 500 company in the banking sector is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Hybrid role based in West Des Moines, IA.
Anticipated duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension/ conversion.
Desired start date: 4/29/2024
Work mode: Hybrid. One week at home and one week in the office after 2- 3 weeks of training
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality customer support to Customers in accordance with established procedures.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve individual work processes.
• Perform routine customer support tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Interact with client personnel to provide basic information and assistance.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Call Center experience.
• Cold calling background
• Incoming and Outbound calls experience
• MS office skills
