· Contract Type: Temporary – 05/29/2024 until 07/06/2024
· Pay: $ 18.50/HR
· Shift/Hours: Monday – Saturday: 40 Hour Work Weeks
· Work setting: In-person
· Work Location: In person
The call center agents will receive incoming calls from members – this is a helpdesk role assisting customers with resetting their passwords and answering general questions. You will go through training to be effective in your ability to assist customers.
Responsibilities + Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
+ Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
+ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
+ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
+ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Qualifications: + Previous experience in a customer support role
+ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
+ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
+ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
+ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
