Job Description:
Eversource Energy is seeking a motivated and resilient Call Center Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a part-time, entry-level position that will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and complaints- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and finding solutions to their queries- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently- Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company
Requirements:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure- Excellent cooperation and persuasion skills- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous call center experience is a plus but not required- Must have a quiet workspace at home with a reliable internet connection- Must be willing to adhere to a flexible work schedule
