Call Center Associate - Work From Home

Textron is seeking a motivated and resourceful Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly- Research and gather information necessary to assist customers effectively- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and targets- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong research skills to efficiently gather information- Self-motivated and able to work independently- Resourceful problem-solving skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in using CRM systems and other call center software- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education a plus
