Ameriprise Financial is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service over the phone.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner- Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction requests, and general information- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Conduct research to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers- Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Reliable and resilient personality traits- Strong people management and research skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other call center technology- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
