Call Center Associate

Job Description:

ABM Industries is seeking a passionate and driven Call Center Associate to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide information and assistance- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure high quality customer service- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members- Continuously improve customer service skills through training and development

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills- Strong decision-making abilities- Innovative problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- High school diploma or equivalent
