Job Description:
Campbell Soup is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level Call Center Associate, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are resilient and independent, with strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory and timely manner.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals.6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. High school diploma or equivalent.
