Job Description:
L Brands is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Responsibilities:- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and exceed customer expectations - Utilizing negotiation skills to address challenging customer situations and find solutions
Requirements:- Hardworking and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong negotiation skills to handle difficult customer interactions effectively - Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive working environment - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
