Job Description:
Abbott Laboratories is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Assistant, working from home in Dallas, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, placing orders, and resolving issues or complaints.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.5. Follow communication scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service.6. Utilize problem-solving and innovation skills to address customer needs effectively.
Requirements:1. Strong communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.6. Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.
