Abbott Laboratories is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Assistant, working from home in Dallas, Texas. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, placing orders, and resolving issues or complaints.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Requirements:1. Strong communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.6. Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.
