Jacobs Engineering Group is seeking a dedicated and independent Call Center Assistant to work from home in Austin, Texas. This part-time entry-level position requires individuals with zero years of experience who possess strong emotional intelligence and excellent time management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone, providing support, and addressing inquiries in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Answer and make phone calls to assist customers with their inquiries- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues- Handle escalated calls and resolve customer complaints- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times- Meet call center metrics and goals set by the company- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction- Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy- Exceptional time management and organizational skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must have a quiet workspace to work from home- Must have a reliable internet connection
