As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, qualifying prospects, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * This is a remote opportunity* Responsibilities Qualifying prospects for presentation appointments. Taking customer calls and providing accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns. Managing the lead flow for all salespeople. Contacting homeowners to confirm their appointments. De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support. Collaborating with other call center professionals to improve customer service. Documenting all client interaction and communication. Making outbound calls to follow up on all inquiries. Qualifications Customer service and phone experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal. Great active listening skills. Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. Computer literate and experience in data entry, MS Outlook, MS Word.
