As a Call By Call Inside Representative , you will play a crucial sales role helping customers with their Air Conditioning needs and you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

Our Ideal Candidate: Prior experience as a Sales Role or in a similar role Strong leadership and management skills Dependable self-starter, motivated Excellent problem-solving abilities Proficient in Service Titan software Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused mindset Ability to multitask and work under pressure Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality Maintain a strong customer focus reflective of the company values while driving employee engagement, and customer satisfaction through high quality service. Working with Sales Manager to develop service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals. Requirements Prior experience as a Sales Role or in a similar role HVAC sales experience: 2+ years preferred Proficient Service Titan software Goal and Results Driven Strong leadership and management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Proficient with Service Titan software Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused mindset Ability to multitask and work under pressure Meet and exceed client expectations Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality Maintain a professional image that sets the example for professional service people Dependable self-starter, motivated Provide exceptional customer service Possess leadership qualities and enjoy working with aTeam Want to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives Empathetic/People Pleaser Benefits Benefits: Compensation: $70k plus performance pay Full time employment Monday -Friday 7:30 am -5:30 pm Medical Insurance Vision / Dental insurance options Life & Disability Insurance Overtime Available Paid training time Paid holidays and vacations (PTO starts after 90 days and grows from there)
