Job summary
We are looking for a positive and energetic Crew Member/Chill Staff who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.Report to: Management Staff and Shift LeadersMust be able to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant and work in different temperature ranges.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and decorate cakes according to assigned specifications.• Operate cake production area in accordance with established standards.• Ensure guest satisfaction through adhering to quality, value, service, and cleanliness standards.• Maintain positive working relationship with employees and customers.• Communicate significant issues with management staff.• Assemble and prepare soft serve and Blizzard cakes, including decorating.• Maintain inventory of decorated cakes.• Conduct sampling and actively sell products.• Take and fill customer cake orders.• Clean work area and equipment.
Requirements
• Ability to move cases of food/paper products and containers of up to 50 pounds.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.• Ability to travel quickly in customer service area.• Ability to handle food/drinks/treats constantly.• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.• Interact with the public and co-workers constantly.• Ability to read order monitors.• Practice established food handling procedures.• Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness.
