Position Summary: Ensures smooth and efficient administrative operations within the Crisis department. The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining all Crisis program records and files, performing data entry, report generation, drafting program correspondence, and creating and processing department invoices. The Office Manager also collaborates across the agency and participates in interagency meetings with stakeholders, and tracks grant expenditures to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
Position Responsibilities Maintain all Crisis program records and files, ensuring compliance with agency policies, procedures, and professional best practice standards.
Perform data entry and generate reports, contributing to the department's operational efficiency.
Draft program correspondence to clients and community agencies and maintain comprehensive
documentation within the department.
Create and process department invoices, ensuring financial accuracy.
Participate in interagency meetings and collaborate with applicable stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
Track miscellaneous small grant expenditures and adhere to compliance standards with grant requirements.
All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications High school diploma/GED At least one (1) years' experience in a front office or office administration role. Preferred Qualifications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to think independently and solve problems effectively. Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality given the sensitive nature of the data handled. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people representing a diverse background economically and educationally. Compensation Details: This is a non-exempt position with target starting base compensation of $18 per hour, paid on a bi-weekly basis.
In addition, this position qualifies for a competitive health and welfare package and generous paid time off opportunities.
