The Opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time Cage Cashier to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. Cage Cashiers handle a large amount of currency, cash checks, redeems tickets, vouchers, table games chip to guests in a professional manner displaying a high standard of guest service.
*Pay Rate: Starting at $11.45 / hour*

Responsibilities
* Handle large sums of money in an accurate manner, including validating tickets for guests and paying accordingly, distributing cash to associates for jackpots and hand-pays, processing and verifying travelers' checks, providing check approval, check cashing service, and cash advance services.
* Maintain an accurate count of banks.
* Perform regular cash buys to Cage Supervisor.
* Issue and redeem chips, process chip fills and credits.
* Perform as a team member and assist fellow employees to ensure a smooth operation.
* Follow all departmental and state policies and procedures.
* Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* At least 21 years of age.
* Experience handling large amounts of money.
* Six months' cash handling experience preferred.
* Excellent organization and guest service skills.
* Excellent math skills including addition and subtraction.
* Basic computer skills preferred.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds.
* Exposure to secondhand smoke.
* Exposure to high volume noise.
