Cafe Shift Leader

Job OverviewSpend a couple hours in Paris in Purcellville at Loudoun's most adorable French café. Petite Loulou Parisian Crêperie is now hiring a reliable and positive-minded supervisor for our creperie in Purcellville VA. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and hard-working self-starter who wants to have an impact on a growing business and an amazing team. We offer daytime hours, complimentary croissants and lattes, and an engaging and energetic work environment. Our business is growing and looking to expand so there is plenty of room for growth as well!
The supervisor will partner with the management team in all aspects of running the restaurant. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, building maintenance, and sanitation.Manage inventory, cost, and food quality.Support in staffing the restaurant and training and developing team membersAssist in maintaining the highest level of hospitality at all times.Develop ideas and strategies to grow the business.
*6 months of leadership experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
