Utilizes sketches, customer specifications, and other documents to support design activity in developing mechanical specifications. Uses and incorporates quality and manufacturing standards. Incorporates acceptable tolerances and dimensions for specific capacities, operating requirements, and material selection. Documents project through it's development, sign-off, final review and release. Performs design and drawing updates to support the completion of engineering change requests. To thrive in this environment you must:
Two years of work experience or schooling in CAD related education. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude. Proficient in 3D software packages. SolidWorks is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment under pressure. Solid organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. EEO/AA Employer
