Key Responsibilities: Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and technical drawings for high-speed progressive dies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design specifications meet manufacturing requirements and quality standards. Apply creative thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize designs for efficiency and performance. Work closely with engineers and production teams to resolve design challenges and implement improvements. Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the design process to ensure accuracy and precision. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and production schedules. Core Competencies: Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments. Detail-oriented approach to design and problem-solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Demonstrated creative thinking abilities to innovate and optimize design processes. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. Proficiency in mathematics to accurately calculate dimensions and tolerances. Required Education & Experience: 5 years of experience in CAD design within a manufacturing environment. Background in manufacturing, with specific experience in high-speed progressive dies preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Solidworks software for creating technical drawings and designs.
