• Vital sign monitoring (B/P, Temperatures (all), Pulse, Resp)• Bed bath (complete and partial)• Tub bath• Bed making (unoccupied, occupied and surgery)• Oral hygiene care (conscious and unconscious patients)• Care of patient's teeth• Keeps unit clean and neat• Answers lights promptly and with courtesy• Admits and discharges patient• Transports patients to other areas
Requirements
• Completed CNA checklist• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English• Needs to have completed nurse aide course or shows on-job training period and demonstrates ability to perform duties assigned to aide
