Req. ID: 22573 PURPOSE: Analysis and delivery on "Procure to Pay" processes to ensure high customer satisfaction levels. This position will team with Sourcing Leaders for delivering organizational priorities as you interface closelywith other cross-functional groups to improve supplier performance. JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES) Supports the overall "Procure to Pay' purchase order process to ensure a risk-free supply chain.Role reports to Sourcing Management while coordinating activities with Senior Buyers and Sourcing Specialists.Manages critical communications and data verifications with suppliers, related to planning parameters, forecasts,pricing, and contacts.Works closely with cross-functional departments to improve supplier performance and order management. Typical interactions may include Demand Planning, Receiving, Logistics, Trade Compliance, SupplierDevelopment, R&D, Manufacturing, Accounts Payable, Quality, Legal, and other 3rd party service providers.Aggressively track, resolve, and communicate past due purchase orders, quotations, corrective actions, andpayment issues.Support critical material sourcing requirements.Prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of goods and supplies.Reviews supplier rejects/claims and purchase orders for conformance to organization policy, and discussesdefects and delivery problems with suppliers for refunds with support of Sourcing Leaders.Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy. BASIC REQUIREMENTS Four-year college degree preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business or other education withrelevant experience.Experience in purchasing, operations planning, materials management, or inventory control is preferred.Previous experience using a leading ERP system is a benefit, preferably SAP.Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Must be able to handle a constantly changing set of prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with others to find meaningful long term business solutionsResults oriented and quality focused Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, protected veteran status or disability.
