Your Job
Koch Ag & Energy Solutions is seeking a Center Buyer to work in our Procurement organization, reporting to the Procurement Manager.
This position could be based out of our headquarters in Wichita, KS or at our facility in Enid, OK. This could include an estimated 10% to 25% travel and also on call status, as needed.

What You Will Do Utilize company's purchasing system to process purchase orders from requisitions Ensures the contractual document accurately reflects the terms and conditions of purchase, including payment terms, freight terms, incoterms, and other key commercial terms Manage daily and weekly procurement reports/dashboards to support procurement capability and efficiency Manage procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials at assigned production facility(s) Develop and maintain efficient supplier management practices, evaluating supplier performance Conduct supplier audits to build strong partnerships Represent our company in discussions and projects related to processes, contracts, and procurement control Handle complaint and return processes to ensure customer satisfaction Assist in implementing new processes and continuously improving existing ones Implement measures to ensure and enhance supplier delivery reliability Work closely with Accounts Payable and Track teams to resolve issues that may affect ability for invoices to process Other activities, as needed, to support overall transactional excellence Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Knowledge of purchasing process and procedures and key commercial terms such as freight payables and INCOTERMS® Procurement experience or Bachelor's Degree Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word (document creation), Excel (spreadsheets), and Outlook (email and calendar) What Will Put You Ahead Procurement experience in a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in Business or related field Experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools including Access (database applications) and data analysis Maximo, Ariba System knowledge
