Koch Ag & Energy Solutions is seeking a Buyer for Procurement organizationPosition can be based in Wichita, KS or Enid, OK10% to 25% travel and on-call status may be required
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Process purchase orders from requisitions using company's purchasing system• Ensure accuracy of contractual documents for purchases• Manage procurement reports and dashboards to support capability and efficiency• Ensure timely delivery of materials at production facility• Represent company in discussions and projects related to processes and contracts• Handle discrepancies with suppliers to ensure customer service• Assist in implementing new processes and improving existing ones• Resolve issues with Accounts Payable and Track teams• Perform other activities as needed to support transactional excellence
Requirements
• Procurement experience or Bachelor's Degree• Knowledge of purchasing process and key commercial terms• Experience in manufacturing environment (preferred)• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (preferred)• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and reporting systems (preferred)• Knowledge of Maximo and Ariba Systems (preferred)• Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
