Our growing manufacturing client is seeking a skilled Buyer to manage acquisition of materials and services for their Amherst, NH facility. This full-time role is perfect for a sharp negotiator with strong math skills and at least 5 years of purchasing experience.

Responsibilities of the Buyer Purchase materials Track logistics Manage outside services Order and track tool fabrication and repair Update open POs Maintain spreadsheet of raw material costs for sales quoting Evaluate suppliers Issue RFQs and work with suppliers to obtain best, competitive pricing and terms Assist with inventory and maintain office supplies Generate reports Manage audits Perform additional tasks and projects as required Qualifications of the Buyer High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred 5-10 years of related work experience Computer proficiency including MS Office, Sesame database system, and Great Plains accounting software Professional communication skills Strong negotiation skills Ability to multitask amidst everchanging priorities Please share your resume in confidence for this Buyer opportunity.
