Our client, a full-service, Am Law 200 law firm with offices in 10+ locations is actively seeking a qualified attorney with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as some experience in recapitalizations, stock and asset transactions, corporate governance, and general business law, to join our Business Transactions practice group in Minneapolis.

Job Details

Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.
Experience in Recapitalizations, Stock & Asset transactions, corporate governance & general business law.
JD Required.
Admittance to the MN State Bar required.
