Business Systems Analyst Associate:
This role is in a lending technology team
Work across lending technology to guide and monitor TND initiatives
Collaborate with various technical and application teams
Manage releases and assist teams in overcoming obstacles
Actively participate in Run (Support/Operations), Change, and End of Life programs
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience with Change Management, Change Control Board (CCB) / Change Review Board (CRB), and release management processes and procedures
Experience in supporting and managing the entire lifecycle of software systems, including ongoing support and operations, implementing changes and updates, and decommissioning obsolete systems
Proficiency in using ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
