Business Services Specialist I - RSG Location Wilmington, OH (Wilmington Air Park area) : Dealertrack's Release Services Group (RSG) is hiring for a Business Services Specialist I to join our team in Wilmington, OH! Schedule: This is an early morning shift: 5:30AM - 2:00PM (Monday - Friday). Your Role: Under direct supervision, the primary functions of the Business Services Specialist I could include the following: Retrieve perfecting documents from a secured vault repository. Receive, sort, scan, batch, validate or release documents. Handle documents in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent flow from one department to the next. Operate various outgoing mail equipment Data entry Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED Generally, less than 2 years' experience Ability to perform routine and repetitive production work Ability to climb step ladders, sit, stand, bend, reach and pull for long periods of time Ability to lift or push up to 35 pounds What We Look For (Preferred): Basic knowledge of PC software applications (i.e., MS Office and Excel) Data entry skills (for verifying documents) Knowledge of state abbreviations Knowledge of shipping software and mailing equipment for mailroom duties Working knowledge of imaging software About Cox Automotive At Cox Automotive, people of every background are driven by their passion for mobility, innovation and community.
