As a Business Program Manager you'll: Work cross-functionally and prioritize data to make strategic decisions Push for workflow and product enhancements, supporting change management along the way Successfully identify and meet business goals, highlight/mitigate risks, and escalate challenges as needed for effective and efficient resolution Keeps finger on the pulse of change management, adoption of updates/enhancement, addressing and resolving roadblocks along the way Skills & Experience needed: 7+ years in business strategy as a program manager or relevant titles Experience supporting programs and platform management/design for retail/e-commerce Proven success handling change management across large teams and complex goals Highly organized, driven, effective, proactive management style MBA preferred To learn more about this Business Program Manager opportunity, apply now and chat with a recruiter today!
