We are currently seeking a Business Process Manager to drive process recommendations for our service organization. This person will support the organization in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing new processes as well as identifying and advising on process improvements. This will manifest in a significant amount of documentation being created. The overarching goals will be to: increase employee and customer satisfaction; maximize efficiency; lower costs; and ensure systems are designed with scalability in mind. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively taking the initiative to provide value to the organization.

The Role:
Create, document, analyze, align, and iterate upon end-to-end processes across multiple departments;
Ensure processes, policies, and standard operating procedures are updated and maintained;
Work closely with our systems and development teams to determine and prioritize technical requirements;
Design reporting and perform analyses to drive effective process improvement, eliminate mistakes and provide quick fixes;
Partner with our instructional designers and operational trainers to provide training support on any new processes for the end users;
Be a leader in change management; ensuring all new processes are successfully implemented within the relevant teams;
Provide support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives.
The Role:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience across process design, operations, operational excellence or similar role
5+ years in leading complex process creation, documentation, and improvement projects
Proven success documenting, designing, implementing and testing processes and controls across operational systems
Proficiency with flowchart/diagram tools (e.g. Visio, LucidChart) and Excel
Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, while continuously prioritizing based on business need and impact
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to work closely with a variety of skill sets and personalities
Passion for the customer experience, and an understanding of how your contributions directly impact that experience
