Role: Business Process Consultant
Location: REMOTE (Tallahassee, FL) currently located in FL Experience : 12+

Must-have skills: 10+ y of IT exp; 10+ y of exp in process engineering and business analysis; 10+ y of exp with performing data quality assurance tasks; 10+ y of exp with SQL databases; 8+ y of Medicaid exp; HL7 FHIR R4 Certified; governmental exp. Requirements: IT experience (10+ years); Experience in process engineering (10+ years); Experience in business analysis (10+ years); Experience with performing data quality assurance tasks (10+ years); Medicaid experience (8+ years); Experience with SQL databases (10+ years); Experience with Jira, Query Surge, PostgreSQL, SoapUI, JSON/XML; Experience with Microsoft Office products, primarily Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Visio; Experience leveraging both IT solutions and business process improvements; HL7 FHIR R4 certified. PREFERRED: Governmental experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Lead project management efforts and facilitate collaboration within cross-functional teams and work groups. Develop and execute strategic plans, manage projects, define business systems requirements, and optimize processes. Adjust daily work plans based on customer support needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Utilize advanced interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, facilitation, mediation, negotiation, collaboration, and presentation, to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Engage with stakeholders in requirement collaboration and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), capturing and analyzing metrics, and recommending improvements. Create and manage SQL queries, analyze data for ad hoc requests, troubleshoot issues, conduct testing, and investigate anomalies. Utilize software tools such as Jira, Query Surge, PostgreSQL, SoapUI, JSON/XML, and Microsoft Office products.
