The Goddard School of Folsom is looking for an experienced Business/Operations Manager to oversee our school's non-educational operations. Responsibilities include managing customer service, marketing, enrollment, community engagement, culture facilitator, small event coordination, facilities management, and budgeting. Create strong relationships with familiesCreate faculty schedules and complete payrollAttend and contribute to weekly management meetingsEnsure a conscientious execution of the budget throughout the year, keeping close track of expense, income, maintain inventory levels in school (snack and school supplies) and budget accordinglyMonitor key measurable indicators of the daily operations.Ensure quality and consistency that adheres to The Goddard School Quality AssuranceManagement of facility and create relationship with third party vendorsMaintain all records and files necessary to comply with state licensing and school guidelinesEnsure the school is presentable and is a welcoming environmentKnowledge and understanding of educational settings, preferredAdditional tasks and responsibilities based on the needs of the business and school owners
