Job DescriptionReporting to the university bursar, this position supports the office using excellent judgement and decisionmaking in managing calendars, making travel, meeting and event arrangements, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, preparing reports and reconciliations of financial data and customer activities.||Performs work of routine difficulty in the collection, compilation, and verification of financial system needs, data, procedures and regulations that is used to benchmark operations, develop graphs and charts, evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness, and to design and test process enhancements for accounts receivable, cash receipts, tuition remission, graduate contracts, finance and other systems. ||Provides professional customer service to students, families, sponsors and university constituents in person, by telephone and by email concerning student and university accounts, including billing, scholarships, financial aid, outstanding and credit balances, payment and budget tuition plans.
